pileofbones.com is just a little website that allows you to upload an illustration of a pile of bones. When you visit pileofbones.com you will be randomly shown one of the submitted images. No credit is given because that's not really the point.

Uploaded content

You, the user, are responsible for the content that you upload. By uploading content, you acknowledge that you are the original creator of the image and that you have all necessary rights to distribute it. You still have ownership of your content but you hereby grant pileofbones.com royalty-free, non-exclusive rights and licences to use your image in any way it sees fit. Although there aren't even any plans for the content, aside from showing it on the site. Oh, and all uploaded content is screened before being added to the site. So, you know… no funny stuff.

Collection of data

Your IP address is submitted along with your artwork. The only circumstance in which this will be used for anything is in the blocking of abusive or stupid users.

Indemnity

You agree that you will not hold the owner of pileofbones.com responsible for anything related to the use of this site, even if it falls on your foot and breaks it.

Location of lawsuit

If any lawsuit should arise from the use of pileofbones.com, you agree that all the court stuff will happen in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. But you also agree that you’ll never take any legal action against pileofbones.com anyway.
